Default Hesitation on TVS1900 Silverado

I guess I need to start my own thread on an issue I'm having with the way my trucks feels. Here is my set up 5.3, Magnuson TVS1900, ARH's 1 3/4" non-catted, 3 1/2" exhaust, 87mm TB, 2600 Circle D, EFI Live tuner. I don't have a Boost gauge or a wideband I am getting both soon
Here is the scenario: cruising along on a flat road say 30 mph and I want to get to 45 mph with no effort I have to ease on the throttle more than it needs to get it going if not it feels like it is bogging and feels really flat as far as power goes. I don't want to have to kick down a gear to move the truck
Could this be a bad bypass or needs adjusting, or is it the tune? On to the tuning part Justin at Black Bear has been email tuning and he has been great on all of it especially the trans tune.
The Blower tune not so good imo... I think it could be a lot better and when I mentioned this to him He said that my data looked good at the areas i asked him to look at so i am not sure what needs to be done. Any help on this issue from you boosted guys would be great. I will be glad to send my tune to anyone that wants to take a look.
Again i am not in any way shape or form bashing Black Bear I just want some opinions, thoughts and a solution. any questions ask.

RT

It sounds too fat on tip-in honestly, also hard to say without knowing what the timing is doing. My offer still stands if you want me to look at it

Can you post a log file that shows what is going on under these conditions? Include ETCTP, VSS, spark advance, commanded/desired AFR, O2s, gear and TCC mode.

I took a quick glance at the log file and noticed a few things
The spark advance is low in many areas
Which will cause a lot of the lag you are describing
There are also a few areas where you are making a few lbs of boost and the ecm is still in closed loop, and it picked up 3 degrees of KR in that area.
Your truck has a lot of power left in it tuning wise alone!!
Not a bad log though,it just needs some work with the timing in some spots and PE needs to come in sooner as well.
Be sure to tune the VE!!
Hope this helps some
