Thanks for the support guys. Little update, after about 25 pulls on old red tonight, i'm pretty excited about how she feels. I mean anytime your log wheel spin at 90+ hits, it's hard not to smile.
I will say I can't believe it, but I started the the night with a ton of fuel (68% duty at 15psi) and ended at what seems to be the limit at 58psi base. With 58 base, 19-20psi boost and the autometer FP gauge shows 78 at 6900 RPMS, i'm at 95-98% duty cycle. This was holding a 11.2-11.5 airfuels.
Don't get my wrong, she's making some power I'd be scared as a ghost to shot it on top of this, but any case how am I out of injector?
Haven't heard much about your truck but a I'm damn happy to hear you have 03 with the smaller rods and made big numbers. You got a sheet as I'd say for now you are top dog sir! Any case thanks man and happy boostin.

Were do you have your psi gauge at? And are you running throw your fuel reg before going into the rails? I'm running twin 255 no bp and twin 3/8 line straight to my rails and reg on the return side, running 80lb injectors. I can run it rich enough to make it spudder and miss on 18psi with my new turbo. seems like you shouldnt be out of fuel at all.

Using a 127lb/hr (assuming this is the 4bar rating) injector and dual 450 pumps, the volume numbers cross ~72psi fuel pressure. So simply stated, your twin pumps can't provide the volume your injectors are capable of flowing at your current elevated fuel pressure. Your options are to dial your base pressure down to ~50psi so that the pressure is ~70psi at full boost or reinstall the BAP to spin the pumps a little faster so they can keep up with the injectors at 78psi.
