We've used Extreme in the past, they make some nice intercoolers.
Here's a 2 into 1 they did for us a couple years ago.

Definitely can't go wrong with them!

Digging up an old thread-Foose, I like your attention to detail, Think I'll call them up soon when I need to get one. Did you build any ducting to it? Any more installed photos in your PC to share?

I use the same intercooler as foose on my 01 truck. I made the 3 factory foglight openings in the valence slightly larger and did bend a sheet metal funnel that helps direct the air to the turbo air filter and intercooler.

No ducting for the GMC, it gets some pretty good airflow. The 4" core is about as thick as you can go till you have to do some light trimming. It wouldn't take much though to clear a 4.5-5" core.

Snapped a couple shots and also made realize how bad my bumper needs repainted from 100k+ wear/tear.
