I couldn't say , I have no experience with e85. Closest pump to me is 25 miles and wasn't worth it when I can make close to 700 hp on 93 and meth with stock lines and rails.

Update with changes, I've decided it would be better to just do all this work to my nice rust free blue 04 ECSB instead, it just seems easier and more realistic.


So on to the list,

Fuel:
Twin Walbro 450 F90000274 fuel pumps
FIC 1000cc injectors
Aeromotive A1000 13101 FPR
-8 feed and -6 return
Flex fuel sensor

Turbo:
VS racing or ON3 billet 7875
Trick performance T4 manifold
Custom 4 inch down pipe (if I can fit it)

Custom 4" dumped before axle

4" (possibly 6"? Not going for height just leveling it with the smallest block possible) lift Deaver F87 leafs with factory block removed (fox or bilstein 5100 shocks)

Moog parts everywhere possible
Hellwig front and rear sway bars (nothing crazy will be unhooked when offroad just want them for less body roll on the street)

(Undecided on 06 front end swap)

Stock premium Bose until it blows

Segment swap for the 80e
Tuned with HPTuners (by me depending on how well I do fine tuning might be done by professional this is my first time trying)
2.5 bar MAP sensor
GM IAT sensor

Driveshafts:
2500 front shaft
Custom rear 1350 joints both ends (steel or aluminum?)

Let me know if you see something that could be changed to save money or something that could be changed to stop the headache of junk parts

Well the 99 is 100's of lbs lighter but it's not like your going to be short on power. Looks like fun either way!

Forgive my ignorance, but the cognito pitman and idler braces work on 1500s?

It appears like they will but don't quote me I'm still in the research portion. I'd like to see if I can't build those parts myself.

Yes they work on 1500's, I have a set on my daily.
