Don't forget a 2 bar MAP sensor and a seperate IAT sensor because you won't be using the MAF anymore.

Yeah, the colbalt MAP will be just fine. The IAT comes on tons of different GM cars, that one will just work fine. Even one from a camaro or similar would work too. Might even be the same part numbers.

You won't need a transbrake. Also go ahead and get gadgetizeds 2.5 bar map from the get go.

The trans brake I was thinking for sand drags, do you think it will spool fast enough on the foot brake? If I go 2.5 bar MAP the flex fuel is out the window as the Tahoe FF OS is only supported up to 2 bar, will pump and meth be enough? That would save on a pump.

You can build all the boost you'll ever need in 4wd on the footbrake. I'd look into swapping it over to hydro boost brakes. I'm currently running 18psi...93 octane -20 ww fluid with a snow meth kit. Truck ran a 7.2 1/8th and an 11.6 letting out after the 1/8th.

You'll max out the 2 bar map long before your fuel system will be in a strain. I'm running a single walbro 400..stock lines with a flex fuel fuel rail. I'm probably close to maxing this fuel system out.

Even with stock rails and possibly E85?
