Default 369 sxe dyno results????

I have tried to search for a thread that someone had made on here about their install of i think it was a kb kit and they were running the 369sxe. I was wondering if there were ever any dyno results?

Was it me? I'm getting currently around 470 to wheel at about 7-7.5psi. Transmission decided it didn't like it, so I should be getting my built tranny in next week. I'm going to re-dyno it with a little more psi after the install as well. I'll update my thread once I get the new numbers.

Yep it was you. Damn thats killer power on that low of boost. How does it come into boost? I have a 63 rambler with a 5.3 and 68/83 s400 and the hot side is super long so its kind of lazy. I was thinking of making the switch to one of the 369s

I would jump on a s369 for that. I've got a s366 on a 5.3 in my 69 c10 pickup and it's a blast. Spool is crazy fast, about as close to a blower as you can get with a turbo. I'm gonna upgrade it to a s369 this winter probably and add some boost. It's good to about 12-13 psi on a 5.3 before back pressure will start to get high.

Looking at BW Match Bot software, with a 1.05a/r turbine, that turbo on a 5.3 at 12psi should still be on the map at 7000rpms and make About 700lbs of torque and 775 hp at the flywheel with back pressure getting to not quite 2-1.

It spools quick! Good thing is (aside from the stall) it's very tame just cruising around, and somewhat quiet. But it turns into a whole different animal when you get on it, it's awesome. I'd listen to Kyle, he knows his stuff and will not lead you in the wrong direction.

I've got one of these sitting under my desk right now at work. I'm hoping to get everything on the truck this Christmas break...sounds like its going to be a blast to drive.

Can you explain how to use the matchbot? I'd like to look at my setup on there

I have one of these but it has been worked on by Reed at Work Turbos with a 1.0 AR and i love it. My truck is a LS2 with just a set of forged Wiseco pistons and custom cam. The boost comes on ridiculously fast. Its a great turbo for everyday driving.
