Default 2007 Escalade.....LSA swap?

I recently picked up a 2007 Escalade. Looking to add an LSA supercharged to this thing. I picked up a supercharger and have a CTS-V lid and heat exchanger and pump on the way. Has anyone else completed this on a 6.2 AWD truck? Did you run into any surprises along the way. I have a pretty good grasp on what I am going to need.

This will be a VERY mild setup. I don't want to get crazy. Stock 7.625" crank pulley, stock 2.95" LSA pulley. I mathed out 6.6psi on paper. That is plenty to start.

Looking at the LSSimple 6 rim belt setup. Anyone here have luck with that setup?

I am going to pick up CTS-V fuel rails and a set of LSA/LS9 fuel injectors...or something similar.

Any suggestion on fuel pump? I hear that the 2010+ Escalade had a higher volume pump for e85 use, but not sure what kind of power that could support. I am only going to run a 91-93 octane tune.

I am curious on the PCV setup, and the EVAP setup though. I have done a little research, but I really need to think about it, and compare the 2 systems.

Besides extending the MAF harness, breaking out the IAT to the supercharger lid, installation of the 3 bar map, etc, what will need to be done with the harness as far as other extensions? I haven't really gotten a good look at the locations on the Escalade yet.

Here is the new ride. It should be pretty sweet with another 100hp.

Just curious, but how do you caclulate out what the boost would be? What is the stock boost on the LSA motor? Are you going to run larger pulleys to slow the blower and make less boost? Would the higher compression of the L92 raise it some vs. identical pulley sizes on an LSA motor?

Nice Esky. I look forward to watching your progress. I'm torn between a PD blower vs a turbo on the wife's 08 Escalade.

I used an equation on the weapon X motorsports website. The reason it will have less boost is that the crank pulley is small on the L92 (7.625")...since it will be accessory belt driven, rather than blower only like the CTS-V. The stock CTS-V uses a 8.10" crank pulley to drive the 2.95" pulley on the blower. The smaller pulley actually UNDERDRIVES the blower, creating less boost. Granted there are other variables that may causes boost vary, it should be close.
I wanted this blower because it is ALL being done with OEM GM parts. I really like that aspect of the whole thing.

Not much progress. I got the supercharged disassemble. I am going to do a quick clean up/port on the blower and snout, grease rotor needle bearings, and install the solid isolator.
So far, a CTS-V lid, injectors and heat exhanger/pump on the way.

For the fuel system, I am going to get an OEM 2009+ Escalade fuel pump (Flex Fuel), and the fuel flow control module. It sounds like that setup should support 550-600whp...which is a solid 100+ more than I will have.

I am contemplating going the same route with my sub. It will be a sweet build, looking forward to seeing your updates!

Well, I am a little behind on buying parts. Ordered 3" drop springs for the rear, 2" lowering spindles for the front, 2 new front hub bearings and lower ball joints. That took a good chunk of my blower money for now. I will update as parts come in, and once I get it lowered as well.

Also, my uncle is now on the bandwagon. He is going to put an LSA on his ESV Escalade. A local tuner just tuned an LSA Escalade yesterday. I feel this is going to be a common swap once a few people make it work and spell out all of the issues along the way. lol

No new blower parts....but, I did get the rear lowering springs on. Dropped it down 3". The 2" drop spindles should be here today.
