Are some of these parts plated in gold??
A MS3 Gold box with full harness is like 1/3rd the cost of a AEM system, heck even a holley system costs less.
$2000 for a intercooler and piping? You can buy like a 4in core or 5in core intercooler and build the rest to save money.
$2500 for a fuel system sounds crazy, two 450LPH pumps on E85 can support like 900hp to the tire. Not really sure how big of injectors you are going with though, 210's?

Fuel system isn't just pumps. There is a lot to it. Just injectors, fuel rail, guage, lines an fittings, surge tank, etc. It all could be easily more than that to flow 1200hp. My goal isn't 900 wheel, it's going to be all in with the s480.
AEM infinity, with dash board, and wiring harness. It's not cheap, but for what it offers, it's a solid value. Sure you could mega squirt it, or do Holley setup, it's all about expectation and what your looking to get from it.
My requirements are simple:. able to run e85, run variable tables for timing and boost control internally to the unit, run anything from e00 to e100 and not have to change a thing.... along with it being able to run traction control, which would be a add of $1500 in parts with race logic, and the infinity can control the AWD system, boost by gear.
I love tried most every standalone, and this side of spending $20k on a motec, the AEM infinity is the clear choice, it's plug and play, and Most importantly, my tuner is a fan, and knows it inside and out. I would recommend anything that their trusted tuner uses and knows, as long as it fits their needs.
The $2100 hot side kit from trick doesn't include the waste gate, bov, intercooler, oil lines, catch can, etc.

Full frame as i believe the nbs dont have provisions to mount a front diff, i think nnbs (07+) have the same frame, but they all use struts up front where as the older ones 2wd have coil buckets on the frame and 4wd have shock mounts.

If your street driving the truck, it'll be fine, but you cannot be rough with the factory assembly. Depending on pressure plate selection, stiff pedals ruin these assemblies. If you have any plans of 1/4 mile racing and really beating the clutch pedal, the plastic pedal and clutch requirements you;ll need for this setup will result in failure.
I run a stock pedal, but make braces and sandwich plates for it.

This project is awesome. I definitely can't wait to see stages of the building and the final outcome. As far as front suspension and driveline conversion I think it would be money well spent having a well-known suspension shop fab up mounts for the front diff and coilovers. SoCal suspension in El Cajon? Lol I like your idea of pulling the bedsides to stuff the tires in the rear. The East County guys out here in a go do it all the time and really isn't hard to do. I contemplated doing it myself on my build if I ever went to a custom will set up on my awd. Good luck on the build, it's going to be a beast .
