Default 06 turbo silverado idle problems

Hey guys haven't checked in here In a while . Truck is an 06 silvy , 70mm rear mount , 42lb injectors , walbro 255 . EFI live tuned .
Truck lately has developed a problem where at idle the idle will jump up and down as sometimes die . Truck only does this at idle . With AC on it's not as bad but sometimes happens also .
I cleaned the MAF, and even swapped it with one from Autozone and it did not help .

It's been happening for a few weeks now and yesterday I found a ripped vacuum hose and so I repaired that and have no other vacuum leaks in the system .
Truck runs fine otherwise .
Any help is much appreciated guys !
I'm stumped !

So was it fine for awhile then just went bad?

Need to know more about your tune. Open loop or closed? Do you have scanning software?

After I got it tuned it ran fine for a day . Then it went downhill and I have this . I don't know enough about tuning and such but it ran fine that day .

Funny thing is that if I'm driving 20 mph and let off the gas it won't slow down . It will keep it's engine speed unless I hit the brakes . I'm really clueless .
Thanks for the help though
