NoVA guy here... Not sure what LS shops there are in Richmond, but Steve Williams (tuned by frost) is a VERY WELL KNOWN LSx tuner down there and works out of what is normaly a Mustang shop I believe.

i feel ya im in Fayetteville, NC and havent found anything in the area or anyone but like 2 or 3 guys
