With you saying that you didnt see any benefit for towing from the cam swap has me skeptical now..im looking at small cams for my lq9..im wanting more low-mid with a bump in top end..i need some extra grunt when i tow my 87 full size mud truck..ive got 4.10s and 33s too
I would love a tvs 1900. A roots sytle blower is exactly what this truck needs for what I do with it and longevity. I hope this cam is okay for that (if I ever save up the pennies to go that route).
Hope to get to the track this weekend though! With 4.10s and 35s I think I'll only be using two gears to get down the 1/4 hah.

A set of 1 3/4 longtubes into a 3" y pipe into a 3" si/so or si/do muffler with a re tune should net you some nice gains..even with a small cam, you need to let that motor breathe..may see 20-25 hp/ft lbs after a re tune..
