Less than I expected, 2nd gear pull. Ran 14.321 @ 98.02 a few weeks ago.

Yup, but the drag strip dyno doesn't lie.

you referring to times in your sig of mid 14s?

my old LM7 back in 03 ran 14.6@94 mph stock with muffler and air filter so a lq4 should easily go faster stock form

LQ4s makes more torque then that in stock form from my experience

what are the cam specs

My LM7 went 15.6 @ 87 stock. The cam is 202/216 @ .050, .525 lift, 112 LSA.

Orlando, FL

I post my results good or bad. My next task is to get an accurate weight on this thing. I'm guessing around 4600 lbs w/o driver.

4L80E 2nd gear pull unlocked will just hurt your feelings in a dyno pull. Numbers would be 10-15 RWHP higher with a locked converter and probably equally higher in 3rd gear.

It was a free dyno day, grew tired of people asking what it makes for power. Now I can hand them a graph. I requested a 2nd gear pull because I didn't want to chance the driveshaft exiting and destroying everything in its path. I have factory 3.73s with 18X9 Billet Specialties wheels and 275/60-18 tires. (31" tall) My wheel and tire combo isn't ideal for the dyno or dragstrip.

This is my daily driver/weekend work horse. It has power everything, runs on 87 octane, etc. It won't shatter any records, but is doing everything I need it to do - while being more fun to drive than the stock 5.3/60E.
