Default Which transmission do you guys advise?

Hello guys,

Long time since i've been here.

I own a 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche Z71 (4x4)
It has the GT5 G80 4.10 axle.
I am going to mount a Magnacharger, and after that the Avalanche will have 441 hp and 503 ft/lb torque.
I don't think my standard 4L60E can handle that power for a long time.
I'd like to buy a stronger transmission.

I like the following two very much:

Finish Line Transmissions: L6 4L65E (3400 usd)
http://www.finishlinetrans.com/trans...meDuty4L65.htm
Performabuilt Transmissions: L2 4L60E (2290 usd)
http://www.performabuilt.com/level-2.html

I can't decide which one would be best for my application?
I think both companies make nice transmissions though.
I really want a transmission that bolts right on since they ask loads of money to do modifications in my country.

My driving habbits are good, i don't smoke tires, usually easy on the gas, sometimes i like to drive it faster than usual.
Maybe towing a light caravan in the future.
I kill ricers sometimes, but further no abuse whatsoever.

Many guys run the PB Lvl 2s and seem to love them. Skeet has one in a truck running 11.3x and he beats the heck out of it with no problems.

both companies you mention make very well built transmissions, if you ask the masses it'll go back and forth for a very long time, you own a heavy *** truck thats gonna or is putting down some really great power, though you mention you dont beat on it, with that said the 60e may treat you well, if you was to beat on it and with the weight of the truck id say do a 80e swap, but in the end id call both companies and ask to see what would better suit you and your habits of driving

I have a 02 avalanche and a LQ9 with full bolt ons and I will be doing a Magnacharger down the line and I have a FLT 4L65 LVL 5 and I love it I paired it up with 410 gears and a yank 2600 stall and with all that it gets the heavy avalanche moving well. I've had my flt trans for 30 k miles now with not problems it was real easy to put in and Andy at FLT was awesome to work with so FLT has my vote but not taking anything away from performabuilt I've heard nothing but great things from them.
