Single digits on a SBE with a d1sc would be something worth bragging about for sure man.
I know you said the truck was pretty much gutted to get it to run like it did and even taking into consideration room in the 60', it is still gonna take quite a bit of power to get you there. Is there anyway you can get the truck down to like 3800lbs or so?

lets see some 15 inch drag wheels all around ditch my 15 inch rotors up front ditch the front sway bar etc but I'm not willing to i want 9s with as much of a street setup as possible
plus my 60ft was trash 1.62 and my tune wasn't spot on it needs more timing down low to get my 60ft better but we can't actually do any testing on the street cause even with slicks it blows the tires off so i need to do it at the track
plus with colder weather that alone will help a ton that day i ran the 10.4 it was ok weather but not ideal
im 90% sure I've got belt slip theres dust all over the blower bracket took the truck out last night it was cold 28* kept my eye on the boost and wideband saw about 10.3 10.5 AFR so its running rich up top and i also saw boost drop off at high rpm but i think thats cause I'm over spinning the blower some
either way this spring when the track opens back up ill do my best to do a single digit pass

Yeah, ain't nobody going 9s with a 1.62 60'. Gotta improve that. 60' is everything.
I've read the front swaybar is 40 lbs and the weight is in the worst possible place. I'm going to start working on weight reduction soon.
And I agree with your sentiment, keep it as "street truck" as possible.
