With 1/8 tank of fuel my truck weighed 4520. That was with me in it, toneau cover on it, bed rug in it, 20" wheels, etc. My truck is a RCSB 2wd fleetside with a 5.3L. I also have manual (yes hand crank) windows, but with power locks.
I went back and weighed the truck a couple weeks later with 1/4 tank of fuel, no spare, and no jack. That weighed me in at 4500.

Road weight, 5350lb's, race weight 4950lbs with me in it (no spare, no tailgate, 1/4 tank of gas, tonneau off), I'm 220lbs. 2x4 rc/sb ram. I could get it down to 4600lbs or so if I started unbolting sway bars, drop the tow bar frame, remove the passenger seat, and goto some small 17" rims with 28" or shorter tires. Dodge's be a little heavier then your Chevy's.

My truck with no spare 1/4 tank of gas and the 15's with the ET Streets weighs in at 3880 that is a RCSB stepside. Mine is an OBS and I think they are a bit lighter.

I'm fleetside... I weighed on two different scales and got within 10# of each other... I'd say its pretty accurate... that was probably only the difference in fuel from one time to the next. dunno.... maybe I have some sort of truck that Chevy forgot to put all the parts in... LOL.... anyway, Thanks Chevy!!!
