Oh yeah forgot about yellow belly. Never went to that track, nor Kennedale due to distance from where I lived.

I think Redline is still around too and plans are in the works to re-open.

Oh that's good to hear! That is on the East side of Rockwall right? Think I may have passed it once or twice driving.

Guess Ill be trying Yellow Belly...has very mixed reviews on the crowd though. I'm thinking I may step up to 1/4 mi at Ennis. Only thing is going over 100 in a late model doesn't really interest me because of driveshaft and that 'vibration from hell' on '14 up. Lots of great memories with Kennedale. Like my ex'es 42 ****** jeep with BB chevy on bracket night. Consistent 1.38 60's. Or my old 400 sm blk 73 Vega on E70 x14 tires sliding up the track. Gonna miss it terribly.

I always liked the track prep at Denton but it would probably be a bit of a haul for you from Arlington up 35, especially if its around quitting time. I am with you though, I prefer 1/8th as opposed to 1/4....

I'm pretty sure I saw Bill "Mavrick" Golden Little Red Wagon there in the late 70's-early 80's. Is this that track?
