Default I need some feedback

I took my truck the drag strip for the first time the other day, 1/8 mile. I made two passes. you can see the time slips below. Everything I have done to the truck is in my sig. Are these decent times? I have to be honest, I expected a little more. I was really hoping to be in the 9's. I know I could use a converter, but I was just curious what some of the more experienced thought. Any input would be appreciated.

Definitely need a converter, just like I do. 2wd I'm assuming? Also what tires did you run on?

The 60ft times are telling me you must be spinning or leaving very soft out of the hole.

Do you have a tune? That is the best bang for your buck. As mentioned a converter would certainly help. What gears do you have in the rear?

No spinning. Yeah I'm 2wd. My tires are 245/70-17's. I believe they are about 30.5" tall. I didn't try to stall it up on the start line either. I just floored it when the green light lit.

Yeah I have a tune. It's a mail order nelson tune. I'm sure I could benefit more from a dyno tune or a street tune, but that's what I've got for now. I'm running 4.30 gears.

Converter or a shot of Nitrous. Its your 60' that totally sucks. Mph is good for mid 9's. Then go from there and you should whittle it down to 8's. Do one of the above and you'll be much much happier I promise!

Needs a converter those gears are perfect for your tire size, but that is a good size cam. Really need a stall in a bad way around 3200 at least. I bet you could knock a full second off your 1/8th.

Don't take as long as I have to get one!

Just to give you an idea. After my cam swap and good tune, I only picked up .1 in the 1/8, but gained 5mph. My 60ft times were also the same as before the swap.
