Most common I see are Bogarts and Race Star Industries 6 lug 93. I believe weld also just made a 6 lug series, but the pricing on them are quite high from what I've seen.

The new welds look awesome, but as said above, not cheap. I settled for a set of Cragar Soft 8's for now... cheap, but heavy. Bogarts will be next after I get my setup ironed out. What size tire are you looking to run? That may be where you want to start.

i have 285's on the truck right now and they look good. i was looking at the racestars today in 17's but the ET streets only come in a 275 for the 17" rim unless i go to like a 315 witch i don think would work on that rim.

Weld I can't speak for. As far as Bogart, I know it's easiest just to call them. Their website is a bit cryptic and I ended up just calling when I sorted out a set for my L.

17" seems a bit big for a drag wheel in my opinion. I know there are a lot of guys cutting great 60's with them, so I guess it's what works for you in the long run. Tires are cheaper for the smaller wheels and you can get into a true drag tire in a 15/16" wheel without breaking the bank. I guess this is where someone more educated than myself chimes in with what will actually clear on the back of your SS.

I know nnbs trucks with drums in the rear will fit 16's. I know my nbs with discs will fit a 16" as well. Unfortunately, that's where my knowledge stops and does little good for you!
