Default 4.8 s366 first pass

1.55 60ft, 7.02 at 98.4, 11.43 at 83mph. Broke driveshaft in half at 8th mile. Not bad for hot humid weather. She will get fixed. Loop saved the day.

Get that 1/8 et below a 7.00 and you'll likely have a 10 second truck on your hands. Nice work.

Yep, driveshaft appears to not have broken from critical speed, the front portion, about a foot was missing in action, what's left is straight as an arrow. Loop look like spaghetti, the trans case is completely cracked all the way around, around the bolts to engine. Trans is literally held in by trans mount. Tail housing is perfect. Trans seems fine internally. I fired it up once in driveway, engine sounds fine, so hopefully it's fine. May take a little while but I will get it done. Thanks for the encouraging words, that's the game we play. Yoke was still in trans, one ear broke off.
