If you ran the times that you stated, rock on.
But it IS hard to believe. I just sold my little z28 last week, it ran best of 11.01 @ 123 at beech bend with a small cam/ boltons/ stall/ and 150 hit. It ran 6.90s-7.0s in the 1/8th. If you ran 7.80s, you must have sprayed a huge 2nd stage down track

Great times I would like some more info on the truck. Like what size rimes and tires are you running and what year is the truck so I have a better Idea on weight of the truck.

'da has a huge impact on times. I raced my old camaro on a hot summer day and the results were embarrassing. Then when I raced it on a cold day it ran like it should.
Also, stock stalls work great with nitrous if the motor doesnt blow up from the juice being hit so low. Its not recommended to spray below 3k. But the motor is probably ok cuz its the same as the 5.7L and the cylinder pressure isnt that high from the small displacement and big cam. So the heads wont lift. Also a good nitrous cam will help the restrictions from stock exhaust manifolds.
It probably dynos around 275rwhp without the spray and 400rwhp with the spray. Then at the mine shaft track its probably making around 430rwhp. Also, arent the stepsides the lightest truck? It obviously has some weight reduction without the tailgate.
I dont think the results are that controversial. Its a pure nitrous setup thats a slug without the jug.
