As far as the toner ring issue; With a stock motor and a safe piston speed of 3500 feet per minute, our Hemi's with a 3.58 stroke should only rev to 5865 rpm. I know that we haven't had any crank issues, but how much over 5865 rpm's will the toner ring withstand. With a forged crankshaft, pistons and rod's, you can rev it up to a safe 6700 rpm. Since my 392 ci in. motor will have a longer stroke of 3.88, I can safely rev it to 6185 rpm with fully forged internals.

Have to pardon Gonzo... He absolutely hates the Hemis and just can't wait to find any supposed flaw, Remember guys this was supposed to be a work truck engine despite the commercials on tv and the attitudes of some of us who drive them...
I am thinking there is only one or is it two who have had toner ring failures that did NOT have the Motoblue pulley and ALL were reving beyond the stock rev limit.... Who knows I may be the next guy that has one go down.... I have my limiter set at the max allowed by Superchips and I am going to keep it there...
I am with Hemidup.... I want the 392, forged of course!!

Well in that case. I'll have to take Gonzo out for a ride in my 6.0 Chevy. Then I'll take him out for a ride in my supercharged, stroked Hemi. He'll want another ride in the Hemi, and that's okay. I have tinted windows. No one will see the smile on his face.
