Not finding accurate information online and the hemi forums i've been across are horribly designed. Searched them and they talk a little about springs on aftermarket heads but don't see many mentions of an actual cam/spring swap.

Will the Lunati 73925K1LUN springs fit on an 03 5.7 Hemi? anyone know the stock cam size in these engines for a Ram 1500 Magnum?

A guy I know wants to do a cam swap and while I've put together a newer hemi, I've never modified one so I'm unfamiliar with what parts will fit and searching specifically doesn't do much good for some reason. I don't see how these Hemi guys find parts.

The most commonly used and the ones that don't fail, are to use 16 oem 6.1 exhaust springs. and "most" cams for the 5.7 will do well with a full set of 6.1 pus hods. (since most aftermarket cams are ground on the 6.1 cam base circle)
The spring / pushrod setup is under $100
