Default My truck is cutting out, need help!

I have an 04 dodge 2500 2WD that I bought that had some add ons. It has a cold air intake, banks high ram intake elbow, 5'' exhaust from turbo back, quadzilla exzilarater, turbo timer, holley inline hp fuel pump. It has aftermarket pyro, boost guages. Now to my problem! It runs real good when you first start it and it warms up a little, but when it warms up all the way it starts cutting out or losing power of something. My boost drops off like I'm lifting off the accelarater, even though im not. I'm not sure what the exhaust temp is suppose to run at but it stays around 500-600 and gets up to like 1300 when im in throttle. I'm not sure if thats too hot and its shutting down to save its self or what. So any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

If its the fuel filter clogged you will throw a low rail pressure code. First change the fuel filter and check the lift pump to be sure its coming on, the cp3 will try to pull its own fuel with a dead lift pump, but not well. Either way your truck should have a low rail pressure code.
