Track pass yesterday ran 4 low 11 sec passes @130mph back to back Best was 11.0@131. Drove the truck 1.5hr to get there. Had issues controlling boost so I ran the lightest wg spring I had (tial's 5lb spring). Boost was all over the place. Time for a second gate and more consistent boost.

after some more fine tuning and addition of the 3rd gear 80e mod. my rig went 10.1@133mph. 60'@1.54. Launching on the foot brake @10#, then full boost 17#
Ran 3 solid 1/8 mile passes all at 6.6 or 6.7 @107..then slamming the brakes
Only got to run this 1 10.1 pass out the back door this time before getting my wrist band cut...again

I love it. I have 2 1970 GMC short fleets. 1 with trailing arms and 1 with leafs with a lt1. And a 51 GMC 5 window with a 98 vortec. Building a 5.3 for one of the 70s now. Gonna turbo it with a t56 for a autocross truck. Love the turbo spool sound. I also have a turbo civic. Yes it's a civic but it does have a turbo. Turbo the way to go. My Z06 has a vortex on it and I wish I would have went turbo. O well. Bad ***.
