Nice little gizmo. I make stuffed burgers however if I put any kind of veggies or bacon in there I normally precook them some. Then stuff kind of like you did by hand. One thing I like to do is always let my beef come up to room temp some. This will also help with a nice even cook instead of cooking with a reverse sear. Those look great BTW!
