thats how I come up with most of my cooking stuff experiments lol, just like deep frying a Ham lol, came out great.

What steamer are you guys using? I've never used one. Sounds interesting.

I used a large 5 gallon aluminum pot the has an insert with holes that sits 2" above the bottom. Put water in the bottom and steam away

I also have a smaller steamer for veggies.
