Here's brisket, a couple of chickens, a few racks of spares, a bacon wrapped pork loin, and some red neck wings. First I smoke them on apple then fry them to get them crispy.

I smoke quite a bit. Got a custom made smoker an old uncle made years ago. I'll try to get pics of some things if I can find any. I prefer wood myself.

I just ordered up the steel for the gravity fed stumps clone im going to build. I will post some pictures of it once I get started.

Got 2 racks of st luis spares on now. The smell is driving me crazy and im only into my 2nd hour. Straight hickory this time and bumped the temp to 235 instead of my typical 225. Cyder vinegar in the drip pan.

Dozer keeps walking up and sticking his nose in the air. He aint getting ****!

Havent smoked in a while due to rain on us since november, and a cardiologist telling me my blood is out of wack. I can only be good for so long lol

the worst part about smoking is how long it takes! it smells good for 6+ hrs. i tried something else new too. instead of my normal foil wrap with apple/pineapple juice, i went with butter and honey with a light coat of brown sugar. we'll see.

crown royal and the sun is winning today's battle. between yard work, and pressure washing i have a sun burn and i'm a full bottle of crown in now hahah

I play with different ways too. I started a bourbon, apple juice and brown sugar spray a few times

Here's some pics of my smoker and a few things I've thrown together! I've never used foil for ribs or anything, just sauce them the last few hours of smoking. just straight on the rack and a bunch of Apple, mesquite, hickory, pretty much watever I feel like using... And of course some beers and the pool! It's usually an all day affair! Love chicken quarters and pork ribs!

Summer time! And the weekend is here!!! Pork ribs and chicken quarters!! Gonna throw a big roll of Bologna on too! I don't know if y'all have ever smoked Bologna, but it's damn good!
