Anyone use OnStar with Aftermaket stereo?

Okay here's the scoop: I have OnStar in my LT package truck...apparently my Insurance Company will gimme a discount with it activated as it is a GPS tracker.
So my question is: how the heck do I get it to output sound if I run seperate amplifiers? Is there some inline module I can buy and add a small 4" speaker under my center console?
Thanks from confused!

That should do it. I had Mobile One wire it up when I had my radio put in, but I think this is better.

Is the discount more than the Onstar monthly fee?
I think OnStar is cheap as hell like $10/mo. I have never had it hooked up since I bought this truck with it considering as soon as I got home the factory radio came out.
