Default May have found me an engine 6.0(LQ4)

I think I might have found my engine...came out of a 2002 HD,11,000 miles complete from intake to pan, includes everything except alternator and a/c. Shipped to me for $1875.00
Only thing I'm concerned about is the truck was in a rollover accident, dont know if it was running any when on it's side or upside down.I emailed them back with a couple of questions and asked if they give 30 day guarantee on it.
Hope this works out.
What do you guys think??Good deal??

now your talking, if they give you a 30day guarantee then i think it is a good price, with no warenty then it might be a little high. if it is a junk yard get that gaurentee and if it is an individual work them down a few hundred.

It's through a salvage yard. The guy I'm getting it through is going to check tommorow and see if they ran the engine before it was pulled and if they will give a 30 day warranty on it.I hope this works out. Can't imagine going from the 4.8 with a whipple to a 6.0 with a whipple.I'll eventually get used to the truck being slower

Ok, found out what I needed to know. They cranked the engine before pulling it.It smoked for about 10 seconds or so(since it was in a rollover) then ran perfect. They give a 91 day warranty with a 5 day grace period to cover the shipping time.Seems like a solid deal so I'm getting it.
