Here's the parts list.....(for 1BADHD and others interested)

Here is the "final" engine parts list.....I will be purchasing these between October and December and doing the install in late December or early January
Absolute Speed Stage 1x LS1 heads.....Stage 2 porting with stock 2.00/1.55 valves, 10.7:1 CR, 208cc intake runners, LS6 springs....$1199.99
Comp Cams custom grind........216/216 .559/.559 113 LSA....$395.99
Pacesetter Shorty Headers....interim direct-fit headers until I can afford TOG or ASM headers and complete custom exhaust.....$199.99
It looks like I will put about 360hp and 420 ft/lbs to the ground with this combo
....really good for
let me know what you think

LS1Edit tuning is definitely planned as well to make it all work together.....without tuning I'm not even sure it would even idle properly
I think I will stick with the 2.00/1.55 valves....the bigger valves add quite a bit to the cost and I am (unfortunatly) on a budget with this build-up, also.....even with the smaller valves those heads outflow stock LS6 heads by quite a bit, click on the Absolute Speed link to the right, then click on "Flow Data" near the top of that page for exact flow numbers

Those smaller (by .02" haha) will keep you intake velocity up also...they could make more power than a 2.02" valve on a N/A truck.

Did you run that cam I'm selling on the desk dyno? I'm just curious. It'll save some cash
Combo looks good though for the buget.
