I was told that you will lose et after you install an Eaton. Is this true? I only know of two guys in my area that have them and they said that they did loose 2 tenths after installing just the Eaton. Just wanted to know since i just put mine in.....

Ummm...how would more traction lose you ET? Am I missing something?

That is However lower gear ratios supposedly use up a couple rwhp but you would still run faster et.

possibly because they were making just enough power to barely spin the one wheel peel. therefore not letting the motor bog. so now they dont make enough power and have more traction making the motor bog resulting in a slower et. just a thought.

Yea, what he said.
I love my new Eaton. I can stomp it, and it will hook up and go

Its the other way around. You will be a couple tenths faster becasue of better traction.

No way, unless something is done wrong. Mine hooks up so much better, I couldn't see how it could not work better.
