Default 5.3 vs 6.0 heads....5.7 head questions too

I know I've asked this before but:

just how much do the 6.0 heads outflow the 5.3 heads ??

will well built 5.3 heads outflow stock (or mildly ported) 6.0 aluminum heads ??

would there be any benefit to building up a set of 5.3 heads and putting them on a 6.0 or would you be better off sticking with mildly ported 6.0 heads ?? (the smaller chamber and resulting higher CR of the 5.3's seem like good things...but the flow numbers worry me....)

how about the same questions concerning 5.7 liter LS1 heads....and are the 5.7's a direct swap ??

If you get both sets equally ported, you cant go wrong. If you are running them stock, the 6L heads flow better.

In my opinion, you need to look at the engine you are running and your desired compression. Then decide which head is closest to your needed chamber volume, then get those heads and have them ported.
