I am thinking about getting a high stall converter and I was wondering what you guys are running and how it affects daily drive ability because this truck is my daily driver and how does it affect gas mileage. thanks

i would say go with a yank 3000 stall
It's not that loose feeling
The stall helps keep you up in the Rpms
What do you have done with your truck?
392rwhp 402rwtq those are some good numbers
kinda interested if you have larger injectors and tunning on that thing

I am from eastern oklahoma right across the border from ft. smith ark. I am running stock injectors which are soon going to be upgraded, i'm not sure to which ones yet though. I got my tuning done at ed wright in tulsa and he set my shift points to 5400 because my injectors ran out at 5600 so it is safer. so at 5400 i am actually at 385rwhp 5600rpms was 393rwhp. I was thinking about the yank 3200 would that be too much?

With a light truck like yours I would go with the Yank 3200 because the ProCharger does'nt make a lot boost down low.You will need some injectors around 42 lbs and some longtube headers.
