Default GMC Denali wheels, how do i get them shiney?>

I have the polished 17x7.5 denali wheels, how do i make them look real shiney? I used mothers aluminum polish, you know, the one in the little round container? Didn't work , just took the brake dust off. Trying to get these wheels looking almost like chrome but with that bright billet aluminum look, you know? Help appreciated.

I used to have polished aluminum wheels. I used formula 2001 foaming wheel cleaner. Just spray them then let them sit for a minute and hose them off. Then completely go over each of them with a terry cloth towel to remove brake dust and road grime. I noticed that if I didn't wipe them, they would not be shiny. If I wiped them, they were almost like chrome. Hope this helps. It is only a couple bucks at Walmart.

Dude, those wheels are clear powder coated! Polishing on them with aluminum polish will jack them up. You have to treat those like a painted surface. The powder coat can be smoothed out, but will always have that kinda milky look to them. Unless you have the clear removed they won't ever shine like polished aluminum.
