Problem with heater fan

Default Problem with heater fan

Hey guys my friends GMC (I believe its an 04-05) fan only works on high, Ive heard that the problem is a resistor in most is that true and if so where are they located in the truck/van.

The resistor and the harness to it are known to fail, you'll find them in the cab on the passenger's side, kinda behind the glove box. I believe that the resistor may come with a new connector with pigtails...

Well im just gonna get one out of the JY tomorow (gettin parts for my mustang) cause they're really cheap and if it is that then he can buy a new one later.
