Seriously, don't wast your time.. Put a v-8 into it.. By the time you are finished with the turbo for the 6, your will have more into it, then if you put a 8 into it.. I would be willing to bet with a turbo'd 6 it would still be slower then with a mild 8

i agree - just go LQ9. you can get a complete one for about 4k and a good centri kit will run you between 5-7k

Turbo is one thing, but if it is performance your after your not going to get it out of a 6 cyl in a truck that weights 4400+lbs.. Why waste your money. You will have a 4k easy in a turbo kit unless you go for a STS, and still have a 15 sec truck.. Do you have money and time like that to just throw away?? That is like wiping your *** before you ****, it just doesn't make any sense.. A centri kit is a blower system, meaning centrifical, basically a belt driven turbo... Again a kit is going to be 2k plus.. You can put a new motor in for that much, will bolt up to what ever trans you have.. Not to mention you will need to at the least put a shift kit in the truck with a lil bit of hp

Why not trade it in for a v8 truck? Your truck has good value.....

There is a few in the classifieds here for sale.. If your going to do it 6.0 (not cuz it is the best motor) but it is the best price.. And has more then enough potential to get the job done.. Trust me I had a 4.8 in my truck, I was going to do the blower or turbo route, but decided why not just do the swap and am glad i did..

To answer your question though...there are no companies that i know of that make any kits for the 4.3. You would either have to build your own custom setup, OR like mentioned v8 swap and then there are many companies you can buy from.
