I am going for 600 to the wheels with the ol 4.8 twinscrew.
I would gestimate a et but I don't think its in the funds to get this thing hookin.

It will feel decent when you get it in, but a stock lq4 is still a dog. You'd be lucky to break 15.00. Then again, if you have a 4.8 right now I feel your pain lol

get my 2000 put together with the turbo kit and HAVE FUN WITH IT! :burn:...sick of looking at it in the weeds :nono:...and not spend too much money :)

I hope to pay off some obligations, save for a built tranny & TruTrac. Buy those 2 things & have @ home. Then go to go track & see where I'm at on current setup. Hopefully run 3 passes in 14's & not blow up stock trans/ rear. Then go home, rip out stock stuff & throw in built trans/ rear. Track. Dyno. Add 100+ more HP. :secret2: And go to track & watch ETs go down. Go to track more often once driveline is safe. :D

Run something faster then a 14.xx, learn a little more about this whole tig process and build a whistle for the truck. Bout the only thing I care to add to the truck.

Run 12.99 n/a and 11.80s on a 150 shot in the ole 5.3.... and at least 480 rwhp

For 2010 for drive train I want to put a 6.0 with bolt ons and a nice size cam. TH350.

For exterior I want to put a HD full front end on it color match the plastic black parts and put a speed grille insert in it. 2/4 drop with a custom fabbed roll pan to run F-body center mount exhaust. Also either get the 17 chevy suburban rims or the 2009 yukon denali 20 inch rims.

For interior run a center consol set up and run the shifter through the middle. Maybe some aftermarket gauges. :D


Goal is to run mid to low 13s.


Maybe if the money is right I want to run a ghost style hockey stripe down the side and put 6.0 in it.
