Default Yukon duragrip

Simple question are they good. The reason i asked is i am a PT.net lurker and i never really seen these talked about, when i stoped by my local rear end shop they couldnt say enuf about how good they are.
He quoted me at $319 for the carrier, and i am getting close to pulling the trigger, in the next week.

Are they like the LSD where you need to rebuild it every 12k?
Or like the Tru Trac where you just install it and forget about it....

Basicly the same type as the Eaton. I couldn't see much difference between the two when they were placed side by side. I Haven't heard much about having to rebuild them though. I'm getting ready to put mine in this weekend.

Either one you pic, Yukon or Tru Trac, they should take as much as an 8.6 can reasonably take.
