Default where can i get a TB stall

i have a 4.8 rcsb with basic bolt ons and is my daily driver so im thinkin a tb torque converter will fit my needs since im not putting down hardly any power.

i just dont know where to get my hands on one of these, most junk yards i go to localy aren't willing to retreive the stall from the car. is there a site i can order it from? or possibly get it from a dealer? the price i would imagine would not be worth it from a dealer.

I live in S.E. houston tx any help would be greatly appriciated.
thank you in advance

I got mine from a guy on here, he goes by-chevrolet all the way. He was good to deal with and a reasonable price.

We would be happy to build one for you. We modify ours a little to increase stall about 400 RPM and add better bearings and clutch material. We sell them to PTnet guys for $375. We have a few in stock and can ship today.

The circle D one would be the best choice but if you want a stock one call some of your local trans shops. That's what I did and they got one for me within two days for $100.
