Exclamation Trans problem?

Ok so i got a transgo shift kit and corvett servo in my truck about a week or two ago. I was on my way to work and came off the express way, came to a complete stop and my rear end acted like it locked up. Gave it a lil gas and it didnt go anywhere so i gave it more and i heard a poping sound in my rear and my truck went. Got about a mile up the road to my work and went to back up in the parking spot and it went about a half a wheel turn and it locked up in reverse. Gased it hard again and it poped and locked up again. Well i let it sit up over night and got in my truck a sec ago and slowly shift into a few gears and then went into reverse and it backed up fine? Does anyone have a idea what the hell is going on? Could they have did something wrong intalling my shift kit and servo? Its a auto 4l60e (02 gmc sierra)

sound more like a g80 or rear gear issue.

The g80 is the factory posi unit rite? My truck dont have posi. It has 342s and spins one wheel. I have a set of 410 and detroit tru track i was going to get installed monday until all this other bs started happening. What do u think i should do? Bring it to the trans shop i got my work done at and get them to look at it or bring it to my guy that does rear ends and get him to put all my new parts and go from there?

the G80 is what comes factory. Its a limited slip IIRC, but the clutches burn up (I think) or they just explode. I believe tru tracs have stronger clutches or constant meshing gears
