Default ? for any tuner out there?

Well I was going to get retuned for a/f ratios and the cap on my O2 bung siezed, so my tuner used the bung from the passenger side of the header. Now I have an SES light that won't go away. The codes are for MAP sensor & the O2 sensor. Is this because of the tune?

It's better to use the Driver side bung but Did he take it out and not put the sensor back in or something?
What kind of tune did he do? Speed Density? Did he shut off your MAF? Disable Sensors? Are you running LT headers now and he didn't turn off the rear sensors?

What is the code that is coming up?

Regular MAF tune with HP Tuners. I have LT Headers and a 220/224 cam. My cam installer recommended putting the O2 bung 6"-8" from where the Y-pipe merges.
