looking for stock silverado wheels

Just looking for a set of cheap stock wheels for my silverado for the track. Also after i get a set of wheels what tires should i run? working on a budget.. just dont wanna smoke the 24s

i do need a set but it has to be 17 + for the nnbs to clear the brakes
