Don't you hate it wen people try to tell you what do with the truck. Like for example they say to me why don't you put 24s is a truck or there's this guy I know every time I see him he try to tell me I should buy a car for going to the track that I'm wasting money on the truck and what not, but he drives a ss silverado.I really don't know how people think some times especially here were people mod Suzuki samurai for racing but that ok, or some tell I should buy a honda (puerto rico is all about imports)barf: do you guy have to deal with people like that.

 

There's gonna be haters where ever you go. I had a guy i work with tell me I should save my money when i said something about my truck. I told him not to worry about my money and mind your own business. Just don't talk to people who don't get it!

 

I was buying a Classic Trader autotrader once and the kid behind the counter shouted, "Classic!? It's all about tuners now man!" Yes thanks gas jockey boy.

 

I showed one of our Security Guards a video clip of my truck doing 0-115 and he says.
"is this a simulation" I said, "no I did this the other day".
He responded. "Wow, I didn't know trucks could go that fast." then he's asking what's keeping it on the road, like it's going to start sliding in a straight line or something.

 

people always tell me i should put my money in a car instead of my trucks. i even know 2 guys that have trucks that run mid 6s in the 1/8 that tell me i should build a car instead.

 

Usually when people are like that to me I just thank them for their opinion and tell them I need to be on my way.

But if they are very persistent and start asking questions about my modifications I usually make **** up and tell people it's got a Nikon digi-cam and that I need to go.

 

someone driving an 89 honda hatch turbo told me its useless to mod a truck?? i think people just dont want to see a truck become fast and be more talk than their garbage

 

I understand completely.
I have had people look at me funny when I tell them my trucks a ecsb 4.8l that's modded.
One told me ooohhh mines a 5.3 like its soo much better.
Then I break down how it runs and I get this damn blank stare like they don't understand how mines so fast.
I usually give up after that.

Sometimes people will never understand because they don't want to.All they want is to share there retarded opinion to make them feel better bout there boring *** life.Thats fine cause I don't give a ****.
