Ok here goes:
A local car club has road course events.
the running joke is: can trucks run?

we get denied. but we always ask.
so this year the guys have told us if we can get a group of 12-14 we can have our own class.

This might be an event of Z5 if people show their interest.

they are going back and forth about going to the best course near us AND good for beginners.

This is casual, the rule is you cant drive faster than your ability.

Saturday, April 25th at Gingerman in South Haven, MI.
OR
Saturday, May 9th at Grattan in Belding, MI.

I am extending this to the PT.net family....chevy, ford, Dodge, SyTY, SRT10, Harleytrucks, SSS, TBSS

I believe the cost is $150 for the day...with some drinks during the day????

hey interest is interest!
I am driving from Detroit...but hey It could be a once in a life time experence to have a group of bad ass trucks going around the track.

This is actually my first post. I grew up in Belding, MI and have spent quite a bit of time on/at Grattan Raceway. If you get anything together let me know!! Have you looked at Waterford Hills down towards Detroit at all?

The TBSS guys should be all over this, the TBSS was partially developed at Grattan FWIW.. I have seen a 1:36 in a TBSS out there.

I think they made roads that run east and west as well as north and south so that shouldnt be a problem. Mapquest is awesome.

Im in if I get those days off work...
