Default where to start?

alright, this is my first FI vehicle and my first automatic... and my first chevy....ever
i don't even no where to start. i have a 5.3 rst that needs around 350 at the rear...
it is my daily driver, and i don't wanna add a ton of weight to the front cause the truck handles great.
can i get by with cammin it and other upgrades, or should i just start the build of a new mill? i wanna keep it pretty straight forward as this is my first FI build and don't wanna get overwhelmed with tryin to figure out a bunch of mixed matched parts...
sorry for buggin ya'll with such a newbee question...
thanks
alan

well do u want to do H/C or FI? what are you looking on spending? either way you go your going to need to address the transmission first. Get a bigger trans cooler, billet servos, and a transgo hd2 shift kit, tune, to start

Basically you want to start workin on your weak points... Rear diff and transmission.
then it depends on what you want to do from there..

Supercharger
Turbo
Naturally Aspirated
Nitrous

Pick one then lets go from there..

Basically just post up your CC number and we will do our best to take care of you....

Seriously I would get a tune first and for most, i prefer Justin (blackbearperformance), that way you have the tuning taken care of, which is very important on these motors and Justin is one of the best... Then just do 1 mod at a time to eliminate complexity... Just my .02....

you only lookin for 350 at the rear wheels, a magnacharger with no other mods at all should easily get you there.
