Thats not true... All states can do this. It is in the flag code that all state flags including Texas must fly their flag below the US flag on the same pole, and can be the same height as the US flag as long as it is to the left of the US flag and is on a seperate pole. I do believe you are correct, I took Texas history in 7th grade which has been a few years ago now but I think thats what our constitution says. |
