So lately when its cold in the mornings i get in my truck with the Fan speed off and when i crank the truck the Recirculate is lit up and the AC is lit up.. and this is with the fan speed off so nothing should be on..

I got to the end of my driveway and restart the truck and its back to normal.

My buddy just called me and his is doin the same thing..

What yall think?
bad HVAC control panel? or whatever its called, the thing with the fan speed/temp/ director panel..

 

That's wierd...a short in the control panel (like you mentioned) would be my first guess. I'd say try swapping yours with a friend's, but your friend is having the same problem lol.

 

haha exactly... and it only does this when its cold... roughly 30-35*
