One thing about TEXANS is that their hearts are always in the right place!
T. B. Bechtel, a part-time City Councilman from Midland, TX, was asked on
a local live radio talk show, just what he thought of the allegations of
torture of the Iraqi prisoners. His reply prompted his ejection from the
studio, but to thunderous applause from the audience.
HIS STATEMENT: 'If hooking up an Iraqi prisoner's nuts to a car's battery
cables will save just one Texas GI's life, then I have just three things to
say,' 'Red is positive, Black is negative, and Make sure his nuts are wet.'

why not 110??
110Vac = 30 amps, 12Vdc = 800 cold crankin amps.
we dont want to curl his hair, we just want too light him up

its the amperage that hurts/kills not the voltage. just because 110 or 220volts>12v doesnt mean 110 or 220 volts will hurt more than 12 volts

I've been hit with 110 and 12v and an electric fence (not sure the amps). it's hard to say which one hurts worse since I couldn't feel my arm after.
