i know i can remove the pass. seat and jump seat that would be about 65-70#, tailgate 60#. I have a box i made to relocate the battery and all the wiring which isnt but like 6' needed. How about a glass hood ? how much do they weigh?
some smaller wheels and tires up front

Sounds like your off to a good start.. I would love if they made a full glass front end for these things, now that would be the SHIT..

how bout your exhaust, you have alot of tail pipe? my emergency brakes never worked so i took off every thing that had to do with them. stock front wheels with a somewhat small tire.

exhaust just duals into a magnaflow with built in x-pipe with tips right out the back of the muffler. looking down between the bed and cab you can see the small muffler so not alot of pipe. Im about to resize and rebuild the exhaust dual 3" with a real X-pipe into a single 3" in dual 3" out if i can find one, or 3" y-pipe into 4" cutout back to 3" into muffler
my exhaust at the moment has a long straight pipe on the pass. side and alot of crush bends welded together on the driver side. My exhaust is a POS system at the moment

3in Y pipe... Plenty of flow and less pipe/weight, I just ran dual cutouts at the header collectors. Don't forget to take out the spare and winch... The overload springs take a lot of weight out as well... And then you could do like me and swipe everything off the frame you don't need. (Brackets etc)
My ECSB has seen 3920 on the scales

A fairly easy way to reduce plenty of weight and gain some cosmetic advantages are to remove front/rear bumper replace them with 'glass bumper cover and roll pan.

well i have a rollpan and actually putting a bumper cover on the front would defeat the purpose since it sits over the bumper anyways

Anything you don't need or use anymore that isn't structural... Get rid of it... My truck is paid for and I don't have plans to ever get rid of it so this is no big deal to me...
