As you can probably guess from the title... How does it come apart?

I just got my '08 Sierra Crew Cab 2500 with Nav system. My headrest DVD players are coming in the big brown truck today. It isn't overly obvious how the dash comes apart and I'd really rather not mess up the dash by prying on the wrong part. Any tricks on these trucks? My '04 Silverado and '02 Camaro are easy. I can yank on the Camaro's trim panel while driving down the road and have access to the screws...
